Young Life is a world class organization for adolescents. Our staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, focusing on what matters to them -- fun, adventure, friendship and a sense of significance. In doing so, we earn the privilege of talking to them about the good news of Jesus and His love for them. Kids' lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults come alongside them, and they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose.

Founded in 1983, Hill Country Community Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, a coalition of churches assisted by area businesses, civic organizations, service clubs and concerned individuals that provides food, clothing and other assistance for people in crisis and those living in poverty in southwest Williamson and northwest Travis counties. Our goal is to serve our clients with dignity and compassion in an atmosphere of neighbor helping neighbor.
HCCM operates a Food Pantry that stocks nonperishable food and essential personal care items. The Thrift Store provides serviceable, gently-used clothing for children and adults, including coats, jackets, new socks and underwear, and blankets. Other assistance includes new shoes for children.
HCCM actively refers clients to other agencies for access to additional community resources to help stabilize their situation.
As the senior nutrition program for Williamson and Burnet Counties, we provide consistent and healthy meals to seniors in need each day. We offer meals at select OWBC centers, as well as home-delivered meals to those whose mobility is limited.
One of the goals of our home delivered meals, provided 5 days a week, 52-weeks a year, is to enable seniors to remain living independently for as long as possible. Meals are delivered by caring volunteers that offer a human connection for seniors who are often isolated and lonely. For many seniors these volunteers may be the only people they see on a consistent basis. Therefore, volunteers also provide a daily wellness check and can alert staff to any concerns they may have.
Congregate meals are provided at senior and community centers located in Williamson and Burnet counties. Seniors enjoy a noon time meal and have multiple opportunities to engage in social and educational activities. Seniors form bonds and enjoy companionship with other seniors, staff and volunteers.

Samaritan Health Ministries is a clinic for uninsured patients in Williamson and Travis Counties. We provide medical, dental, pharmaceutical, women's health and mental health services.
Last year we served more than 1100 patients. Even better, we had 4494 face-to-face patient encounters. Each of our patients is briefly interviewed each year to determine if they are able to access health care through one of several public assistance programs. If someone qualifies for care elsewhere, we provide short-term care and connect the patient to the resources available. Those who are ineligible for care elsewhere are able to use Samaritan Health Ministries as a medical home. Samaritan Health Ministries is not a free clinic. Each of our patients pays a co-payment for office visits, which range from $12 to $45 per visit. The amount is a sliding fee scale based on the patient's income and size of his or her family. We enlist the help of volunteer health care providers, interpreters, and more to meet our mission. With your support, we can do even more.

As different as we look, we’re still the same – the same local 501(c)(3) organization, the same provider and protector of the Central Texas blood supply, the same people. We Are Blood has been drawing Central Texans together since 1951 when we were founded by the Travis County Medical Society. Our very first name was the “Travis County Medical Society Blood Bank” and our very first home was at 1705 1/2 North Congress. The year we opened our doors we served four Austin hospitals (Brackenridge, Seton, Holy Cross, and St. David’s) and a few surrounding rural hospitals
